Damir Banović: “The STSM at the Institute for Political Science, University of Bern was a very pleasant and productive experience. It enabled me to work more intensively on different aspects related to collective representation, consociational democracy, and federalism applying different concepts on the Bosnian case. Also, I had the opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge with my colleagues from Switzerland who are coming from different disciplines, using different methodologies and have a different understanding of federalism and collective rights. Additionally, I have challenged myself to combine results coming from different disciplines: political science and law trying to find ways for deeper and multisectoral research.”
